When you visit LinkList or purchase the LinkList database, we collect information necessary to deliver our digital service, authorize file downloads, and provide customer assistance:

• Account & Identity Data: Your name and email address provided via Google Sign-In or manual registration.
• Transaction & Billing Records: Transaction identifiers, payment provider references (Razorpay or PayPal), payment amount ($19 USD), currency, and status. We do not store full payment card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.
• Technical & Download Logs: IP address, timestamp, and browser user-agent logged upon downloading protected files for security verification and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To authenticate your session and verify your lifetime download license.
• To deliver and stream the LinkList Excel spreadsheet to authorized purchasers.
• To deliver transactional receipts and critical account security notices.
• To prevent fraudulent chargebacks, automated scraping, and unauthorized sharing.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We partner exclusively with trusted industry-standard infrastructure providers:

• Authentication & Database: Google Firebase (Authentication & Cloud Firestore).
• Payment Processors: Razorpay and PayPal for encrypted payment capture.
• Hosting & Delivery: Next.js edge infrastructure.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your LinkList account at any time via your Dashboard Settings or by emailing support@one7tools.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will remove your authentication profile. Note that financial transaction records required by statutory tax, commercial, and accounting laws will be retained as required by law.
