1. Free Live Sample Before You Buy

To ensure complete transparency, we provide an interactive preview of 5 real rows from the Excel database directly on our homepage before purchase. We strongly encourage all visitors to inspect the structure, column fields, and sample categories prior to completing checkout.

2. Technical File Issues & Corrupted Downloads

If you encounter any technical difficulty downloading the spreadsheet, opening the file, or if the file arrives incomplete or corrupted, our support team will promptly assist you:

• We will inspect your download logs and provide an alternate direct download stream.
• We will email a fresh verified copy of the spreadsheet directly to your account email.
• If we are unable to provide you with functional access to the spreadsheet within 48 hours, we will issue a full 100% refund of your $19 USD payment.

3. Duplicate Purchases

Our system has built-in duplicate purchase protection. However, if you accidentally purchased LinkList twice under different emails or duplicate transactions, simply email us with your transaction IDs. We will immediately issue a prompt, full refund for the duplicate charge.

4. Refund Access Handling

When a refund is officially processed by our administrative team, the user account access status is updated in accordance with the resolution terms agreed with the customer.
